Why this matters on a shop floor. Most quality template packs ship as
macro-enabled workbooks (
.xlsm) or as add-ins. On managed manufacturing PCs
those are frequently blocked, and the recipient sees a security banner instead of a chart.
These files are plain .xlsx — the formulas are visible, auditable and editable.
